The promenade is planned to create a series of spaces that can be used for public gathering and \u00a0individual enjoyment of the river and River Valley. The project also includes the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.edmonton.ca\/projects_plans\/parks_recreation\/north-shore-promenade.aspx\">North Shore Promenade<\/a>.
